     Michael and his Daughter Hannah work as a seamless team, offering clients the strenght of experience paired with fresh perspective. Together they provide attentive, knowledgeable guidance for buying and selling Santa Fe Real Estate.

      Michael Kramm has 30 years experience in home building, renovations and then as a Realtor helping his customers buy or sell their homes. He has lived in Santa Fe since 1996 and knows this city. He knows about our schools , zoning laws, what Santa fe has to offer and Michael's experience with building from the ground up translates to being an expert at finding well built, well maintained homes for his clients. He has also been a broker in the state of Florida.

    He has built wood frame homes, a Pumice Crete home and a Rastra home, in Santa Fe. He knows how a house could be sited for solar gain. He knows proper electric, plumbing, heating...good windows and doors...He knows houses! He is happy to go to the town office where he is well liked and respected, and investigate properties. He is thorough!

     In 2003 Michael decided to become a Realtor and put all of his prior years of experience to use. Now he can help others find their perfect home. He is a licensed Realtor in New Mexico.
